ABOUT BRIGID'S WAY

Jen's work, while appearing on the surface to be incredibly gentle, is, in fact, powerful beyond words, and transformational at the very deepest levels. I can literally feel the "en-lightening" of my being during each of our sessions, as well as an irrepressible opening to the essence of who and what I really am.

Welcome To Brigid's Way

We intimately connect with the complex healing intelligence of Plants, Flowers and Nature Spirits through our Essences, private consultations, classes and more. Our goal is to help you gain deeper insight into yourself and the world around you. Brigid's Way can gently assist you in returning Home to yourself and being all that you can be.

As our name implies, we are inspired and guided by Brigid, the Celtic Goddess of Healing. For more than a millennium, Brigid has been revered for her compassion and support. At Brigid’s Way, Love and compassion are the foundation of everything we do—for others, for our more-than-human kin, and for ourselves.

Goddess of

Poetry

As the Goddess of Poetry and Song, Brigid inspires creativity, encourages the sharing of our stories, and values the sacredness of words. Brigid supports us in visioning (and creating) a more-loving paradigm and encourages us to bring voice to the unspoken, including speaking up in the face of injustice. Through her guidance, we tap into the Unseen worlds to create the World our Hearts are longing for.

Goddess of

Healing

Brigid taught how to harvest and use herbs for healing. She provides protection to ourselves and our Homes. Brigid has a long association with Sacred Wells throughout Ireland and the British Isles. Visitors travel worldwide to these wells in search of healing. Brigid grants us the wisdom to see Truth, which is necessary for authentic healing. Her healing abilities extended to our more-than-human kin, recognizing that the well-being of all is interconnected.

Goddess of

Fire

For ages, Brigid’s Eternal Flame was tended to by 19 Priestesses and Brigid herself until the flame was extinguished by the patriarchal Church. In 1993, the flame was relit and is kept alive by Brigidine Sisters and others who carry the flame with them. Brigid is also celebrated as Goddess of the Forge. The forge is a place of alchemy, where we release the dross, strengthen our Truth, and transform. Brigid provides the strength, wisdom, and courage needed for change.
